You Bought A What Before Closing with Manuel Martinez
This is something that you never what to hear as an agent, who's days before closing a transaction. Just the thought alone of having to speak with a lender about this is enough to make you nauseous. This would certainly kill a deal for most transactions. Did it stop this one? You’ll have to tune in and see!
