Lessons in Resilience & Perfection from Standup Comedy - UNRESTRICTED Live #31
Episode #31 is a short one, but it is poignant. We're going to be talking about learning resilience and overcoming perfection through standup comedy.
Next week will be one year since I started performing standup comedy here in Tulum and it has been a wild ride with a lot of unexpected benefits.
I want you to think about ways that you can learn resilience too.
So I'm going to tell you a little bit about my standup journey, what I've learned and leave you with some takeaways about how you can think about creative outlets as a way to overcome your perfectionism and enjoy something that you never thought you might do before.
So strap in, you are in for a 9.5 Minute resilient ride

When Decision Making & Feminine Energy Collide: FOBO & Creating Space for Uncertainty - UNRESTRICTED Live #30
On Episode # 30, I am bringing back an exploration that I made a few months ago into FOBO, fear of a better option. And in this episode, I'm going to be talking about when decision-making and feminine energy collide, what is FOBO and how to create space for uncertainty.
I'm going to get a little woo woo on you, I'm not going to lie. I'm going to talk about masculine and feminine energies and how we can create space for us to feel safe, going out, into the realm of uncertainty.
So strap in, you are in for a 15 Minute uncertain decision-making ride.
