Unstuck is a platform for women who are ready to stop standing in their own way and start creating a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, career change, motherhood, leadership, burnout, or simply questioning what’s next, Unstuck is here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My mission is to inspire and empower women who feel stuck to self-advocate, build sustainable habits, and take meaningful action on the goals they’ve been putting off, so they can reconnect with their confidence, purpose, and potential.
Through honest conversations, practical tools, evidence-informed coaching, and real-life experiences, this podcast explores the mindset shifts and small actions that create lasting change.
Because getting unstuck isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more of who you’ve always been.
Reset. Realign. Rise.
What happens when the life you imagined for yourself looks nothing like the life you’re actually living?
At 30, I genuinely didn’t think my life would look anything like it does today.
Mental illness changed the direction of my life. I met my husband in my late thirties. Infertility then changed the timeline I thought I’d follow. I became a first-time mum at 43. My career changed direction. And now, in my late forties, I’m building something I never could have imagined all those years ago.
For a long time, I thought all of this meant I was behind.
That I’d missed my chance.
That everyone else was somehow moving forward while I was trying to find my way back.
In this episode of Unstuck, I’m sharing more of my own story and what I’ve learned about the timelines we create for ourselves, the comparison that happens when life doesn’t follow them, and what rebuilding actually looks like.
If you’re looking at your life and wondering how you ended up here, this episode is for you.
If this episode resonated with you, please follow Unstuck, leave a review and share it with someone who is always the strong one for everyone else.
Together, we can help more people realise that they’re not stuck because of who they are, they’re stuck in patterns. And, patterns can be changed.

When You’re Always the Strong One
Why Being the One Everyone Relies On Can Leave You Feeling Completely Alone
Have you become the person everyone turns to?
The one who always copes. The one who fixes the problems. The dependable friend, supportive colleague, reliable partner, or capable mum who somehow keeps everything moving.
On the outside, you look strong.
But inside, you’re exhausted.
In this episode of Unstuck, I explore the hidden pressure of always being “the strong one” and why constantly carrying everyone else can leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed and disconnected from your own needs.

Why You Feel Guilty When You Put Yourself First
When was the last time you put yourself first without feeling guilty?
If your answer is “I can’t remember,” you’re not alone.
In this episode of Unstuck, we’re exploring the guilt so many women experience when they choose themselves. Whether it’s taking time to rest, saying no to another commitment, setting healthy boundaries, or simply admitting you need a break, guilt often creeps in, even when you’ve done nothing wrong.
We’ll unpack where this guilt comes from, why it’s so common, and how it can quietly keep us stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overcommitting, and putting everyone else’s needs ahead of our own.
You’ll discover why guilt isn’t always a sign that you’ve made the wrong decision. Sometimes it’s simply a sign that you’re doing something different, and that can be the first step towards living more intentionally.
