Hop into your PJs, fluff and lavender spritz your pillow, turn off all the lights, do every last night time ritual, and then get set to sleep like a baby.
Join me, Sari Mustonen-Kirk, as I gently guide your mind, body and soul into a deeply relaxed state where you'll find yourself drifting off to sleep effortlessly; staying asleep for a longer time with better quality ZZs. Christopher Lloyd Clarke's soft, ethereal music score is the perfect accompaniment to soothe your weary self right into slumber.
PS: Most people never get to the end lol. Let me know how you go in the comments.
Goodnight. Sweet Dreams.
