UrStoria - Episode 11 - Professional Development: Reinvention or Atrophy - Your Choice
In this episode, the choice is simple, we can reinvent or we can atrophy…which do you choose? Dean McAlister and I discuss why, if Professional Development is so important and can be linked to higher profit margins, does it get swept under the rug for more pressing priorities? What do organizations stand to lose if they do this? How do we take control and do what is best for us? We speak about looking at development with the lens of “who” we want to be and not “what” we want to be.
