This week I got to talk with coach, hypnotherapist, healer and speaker, Anitha Johny. As a trauma informed specialist, she shared actionable steps to letting go of the deep seeded, trauma causing emotions we experience and shed light on how we can control our thoughts to prevent our own internal destructive tendencies. While we also discussed some very enlightening parts of her story and the way that hearing from others helps us to process our own healing, I was thrilled to have talked about things that you as a listener can actively put into practice to improve your mental clarity, right now. Come and hear what Anitha has to share with us.
