Remember this is, an art nobody knows what to do if i were to push this in a patient with vitiligo and all her other issues it's hard to do so this is where i and i love saying this and i know some faculty don't like it when i say it guidelines guide you they don't tell you what to do okay and every patient is a little different especially when you're dealing with patients with cancer or gvhd and all this other stuff okay So this is a paper Becky Prevost's group out of NIH, and it was done using CMS data back in the early part of the last decade, all right, to see where NTMs are being diagnosed.
