This 600-acre development is expected to bring nearly 46,000 jobs and billions in economic impact, along with new opportunities for homeownership. The plan includes attracting corporate headquarters and innovative companies, while also creating space for startups, small businesses, and student-led innovation through places like Convergence Hall.
