[…] And then you also have to make sure that there are no what are called drug-to-drug interactions. So sometimes, for example, especially with TB medication, if you take it together with other medications, in this case, if you take it together with the antiretroviral therapy drugs, there is a tendency, because the TB drugs are very strong antibiotics, so they can reduce the effectiveness of the of the HIV drugs. So you have to make sure that you adjust those doses according to the child's weight. And then also, so basically you're seeing all the complicated cases and you're also seeing maybe cases whereby children have deported treatment and then they now have very high barrier loads. […]
