<p>Korupcija v Sloveniji je izjemno razvejana, o čemer pričajo tudi mednarodni kazalniki. Zakaj je ne uspemo omejiti in ali bo korupciji uspelo stopiti na prste zdaj, ko naj bi prihajajoča vlada ustanovila posebno specializirano tožilsko enoto za pregon korupcije in organiziranega kriminala, imenovano SKOK? Mandatar Janez Janša želi zakon, povezan s tem novim protikorupcijskim organom, uskladiti še pred predlogom liste ministrskih kandidatov.O korupciji v Sloveniji in smiselnosti ustanovitve SKOK-a smo se v oddaji V središču pogovarjali z nekdanjim direktorjem policije Boštjanom Lindavom, odvetnikom Boštjanom Penkom in nekdanjim ustavnim sodnikom Janom Zobcem.</p>

<p>Poslanci bodo jutri na tajnem glasovanju odločali o imenovanju Janeza Janše za mandatarja 16. slovenske vlade, 22. maja pa se izteče tudi rok za vložitev pravnih sredstev in ustavnih pritožb glede vplivanja na volitve, s preiskavo na to temo (afero Black Cube) se ukvarja tudi policija. Kolikšna je možnost, da ustavno sodišče volitve dejansko razveljavi?</p><p>Tudi o tem smo se pogovarjali v oddaji V središču z dr. <strong>Mirom Cerarjem</strong>, dekanom ljubljanske pravne fakultete ter nekdanjim predsednikom vlade in ministrom, dr. <strong>Žigo Turkom</strong>, ki je bil minister v dveh Janševih vladah in dobro pozna način njegovega delovanja, ter dr. <strong>Dejanom Verčičem</strong>, ki je v preteklosti svetoval tudi več premierom.</p><p>V pogovoru, ki ga je vodila novinarka <strong>Suzana Kos</strong>, so sogovorniki komentirali tudi napovedi o odločnem boju proti korupciji, izjavo predsednika državnega zbora Zorana Stevanovića o poskusih podkupovanja treh njegovih poslancev ter trditev, da je Slovenija ugrabljena država.</p>
