<p>שמעתןם?<br> סוף סוף מתחיל המאבק של כולנו!<br> חיכינו לו הרבה זמן ועכשיו זה קורה- ביום ראשון התחלנו בתל אביב, בצעדה שתמשיך עד ההפגנה הגדולה מול הכנסת ביום חמישי, בה נילחם למען המקצוע שלנו, למען השירותים החברתיים, למען הפחתת העומס על העובדות הסוציאליות, למען המוגנות מפני אלימות כלפי עו"סיות, וגם למען תקצוב הוגן ולמען השכר שמגיע לנו כעו"סיות לעתיד.</p> <p>משתתפות בפרק: הגר טלמון ולינא טיבי.</p> <p>*הפודקאסט מופק על ידי גרעין תל אביב בעמותת עו"סים שינוי*</p> <p>سامعين/ات؟<br> وأخيراً بدأ النضال تاعنا كلنا!<br> انتظرنا وقت كثير وهسا هو تحقق وبدأ يوم الاحد في مسيرة بتل أبيب اللي رح تستمر حتى يوم الخميس بالمظاهرة الضخمة أمام الكنيست، فيها سنناضل من اجل مهنتنا، من اجل تحسين الخدمات الاجتماعية، من اجل تقليل ضغط العمل على العمال الاجتماعيين، من اجل ضمان الحماية للعمال الاجتماعيين من اعمال العنف الموجهة لهم، ومن اجل ميزانيات عادلة ومعاش مرتفع كما نستحق.</p>
