Оценка технологий здравоохранения, или ОТЗ, пока применяется в России весьма ограниченно – как один из этапов процесса включения лекарств в федеральные перечни (ЖНВЛП, ВЗН и другие). В Центре экспертизы и контроля качества медицинской помощи (ЦЭККМП) продвигают идею расширения применения ОТЗ на систему планирования региональных бюджетов на медицину. И эта идея, похоже находит отклик, а ограниченные финансовые возможности субъектов РФ этому только способствуют.
