Two Valley Girls Goin' Basic to Brilliant in every episode. Listen as professional Valley Girls™, explore the societal dramas of today alongside the insight from their personal dramas of the past. They'll gab all things relationships, society, and self-inquiry and then close each episode with some hopefully helpful, definitely unprofessional, Valley Girl advice for the times.
From somewhere over the rainbow to a hut with chicken feet. Listen as the Valley Girls feature two witches with some REAL. LIFE. POWER! Energy is everything right? Even if the energy comes from our favorite fictional characters in books and movies we can call on this energy when we need to the most. What can we learn from these not-so-#basicwitches?

Self-Love & Other Good Sh*t
The Valley Girls have a serious catch up on the recent Boulder Shooting and the COVID vaccine distribution, and then go into the many ways that self-love and self-hate can either make or break us in this life. Sophie talks about the origins of her self-judgment and body dysmorphia and then gives a shout out to the social media influencers that have actually helped (rather than hurt) her relationship with her body. Rayna shares her holistic view of self-love and offers ways to take care of our mental health and overall well being through gratitude and the importance of learning how to receive love from others.

Gettin' Culty with the Valley Girls - QAnon, Churches & Burners
The past year has been lit with conspiracy theories: QAnon, the Plandemic, and the crazy idea that masks were a way to control the public and turn us all into #sheep. Not to mention the insane MAGA cult that we've been dealing with for the past few years...
How did this EVEN happen babes!? With as many Americans believing the famous conspiracy theories of 2020, what lies ahead for our society? How do we integrate after Biden's inauguration basically put an end to the whole QAnon theory? #Awkwarddd
Listen as the Valley Girls discuss QAnon, cults, and what makes us ripe for a good conspiracy or cult situation to take hold in our lives. It just so happens that your favorite Valley Girls have been a part of cult-adjacent groups and and survived to tell the tales. Rayna in a charismatic/boundaryless Christian church and Sophie in what turned out to be a perverse Burning Man community.
We close with discussing the markers of healthy vs. unhealthy community, what do when we find ourselves in a culty situation, and how we manage relationships with love ones who have fallen victims to cults and conspiracies.

Insurrection Vibes & Drama on the Gram
What the actual efffff happened at the capitol y'all!? We saw this coming, right?! Listen as these two valley girls open up season 2 by first catching up with each other and then discussing all the ways that social media created the perfect circumstances that led to the giant clusterfuck in Washington on January 6th 2021. Sophie then goes off on everything to hate about social media while Rayna raves about what's to love. The big question is how do we avoid more disasters like this one and even try to make the best of what's actually an online Wild, Wild West situation? How do we make social media work for us so we remain balanced, connected, and having fun amidst this crazy, crazy online world?

America: Breaking Up With An Abusive Boyfriend
America is going through a very bad break up with her boyfriend right now and we totally feel her pain! Listen as Rayna walks us through the different phases of separating from an abusive partner. The insults, the lies, the gaslighting, and the blaming are all forms of abuse that Donald J. Trump has been unleashing on the American people over the past 4 years. As we saw in the election, most of our country has seen Trump for what he is but almost half of us are still under his evil spell. Half of our American consciousness is still attached to the energy that Trump brings to the table without understanding the damage that's currently being done to them and to our relationships with our fellow countrymen. And why is this?
We believe that personal insights gained from living through and overcoming an abusive relationship could help us as Americans to eventually see the light in ourselves and move towards a place of healing within our country. Listen as we dive into this very personal topic with the Valley Girl Alchemy girls to see what we can do to start healing as a nation.

Like Totally Attached
In love and in friendship: Are you anxious? Avoidant? Anxious AND avoidant!? Or are you normal? Le sigh.. In this episode, listen as two valley girls explore the psychological topic of attachment theory. Many of us have been exposed to this theory in Psych 101 and perhaps briefly thought to ourselves "hmm.. I'm kind of fucked up..." and then quickly moved on to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs or something..
In this episode, we've gone back in to talk about what determines the way we attach to the people in our lives and how our different attachment styles show up in our love relationships. We've found that in doing so we gain a level of self-awareness that can help us to move away from our destructive attachment patterns and towards building healthier new ones. Sophie and Rayna discuss each of the four attachment styles, and then proceed to self-diagnose (which is always a fun activity!). And just for shits and giggles we attempt to diagnose our fearless leader and commander in chief with the attachment style that best fits everything we know about him. Not sure if its necessary to mention or not but we are valley girls (not experts) and this episode is purely for fun and personal, self-exploration purposes.

Conway Fam Bam
Who the F are the Conways?! Most of us know KellyAnne Conway for being Trump's right hand woman, Fox News regular, and lie perpetuator, but little less known are George and Claudia Conway. Claudia, George and KellyAnne's eldest teenaged daughter, recently caught our attention for her very outspoken views against Trump (her mom's boss). Oh and George co-founded a super PAC who's sole mission was to defeat Trump in the 2020 Presidential election! Can you imagine the #familydrama?!?! Get your popcorn and listen as two valley girls take a deep dive into this prominent Republican family's drama.
