Frederik Kampman is de oprichter van Lowlander, een merk dat bekend staat om haar bijzondere biersmaken én ingrediënten. De vorige keer (aflevering 10) hadden Jasper en meesterbrouwer Marc Janssen het over de iconische beugelfles, deze keer gaat het echt over verschillende biersmaken en wordt de bierstijl Dunkel Weizenbock besproken.
