After I left my job due to a toxic work environment, I decided to open my own business. You are going to see my stupidity/cleverness to the next level. What mistakes I'm making and how I fix them.
What I want you to get from my podcast is an inspiration. If you think you are stuck in life, I want you to know that you are not alone.
How to Build Your Guianza -- Como Construir tu Guidance
Throughout my young adult life, I struggled with decision making. Due to the environment that I was raised in, I didn't have any guidance nor disciple. I did have lots of intuition that pushed me to make things right after a fuck up. I didn't have any other choice but to build my guidance. The only problem, I didn't know what I was building. Dive with me and experience the construction of my own guidance from my point of view.

How I found my niche - Como encontré mi manada de gente
In this video, I'm talking about my niche crowd. It took me 40 years to realize what my place in the world is and which people to follow. I was following the wrong crowd for a long time. Not realizing that those people weren’t “my people”. My crowd model the values I work every day to uphold. They put their best effort and positive attitude towards their goals just like I do. Here you'll have a glimpse of the times my niche was present in my life.

Running Your Business Solo? Are you the technician, the manager and the entrepreneur?
In this podcast, I talk about my own experience as a small business owner. How to switch my mindset when I am running my own business and that is what I want to pass to you. When to switch.
I am a visual storyteller and I create lots of digital content for different companies in the Los Angeles area. I learned that it is important to know when to change your hat between the technician, the manager, and the entrepreneur. You have to do it consciously depending on what type of task you have. I truly believe you can apply these skills with any company or project you are doing on your own. It is a Spanglish podcast. You will need to understand both languages.
