Hi, we're Nastya and Yann, a couple who loves to experiment. We live in Belgium, but we both grew up in developing countries. In this podcast we talk about veganism from the inside - for this we become vegan for a month. Becoming vegan seems like a big sacrifice for our lifestyle. And yet veganism is considered to have a positive effect on our planet and even our health. So how hard is it, to be vegan? And is it really necessary? These and many other topics we will be discussing in "Vegan, really?".
