Good enough for now
<p>On the path to accomplishing great things, it's easy to lose sight of everything going well in our life right now. We must learn to be satisfied and grateful without becoming complacent. The benefits of developing resilience
<p>New research has shown that there is a region in the brain called the anterior midcingulate cortex (aMCC) which is grown specifically by choosing to do things that we don't want to do. While there has been a long-held belief that choosing to do hard things is beneficial, science is starting to support this claim.<br/><br/>This brain region is larger in older individuals with high cognitive function. It is smaller in obese people, but then grows as they diet and lose weight.
