<p>Love...not just a Nat King Cole or Black Eyed Peas song. It is something so innate and such an integral part of all of our lives. In this week's episode, we explore our third doable, "Loving Lavishly"! We explore different types of love, from loving those close to us to loving the world. What makes it easy or hard to love? Is there anything we can do when being loving becomes tough?
