<p>Hjálmar Vilhjálmsson er yfirmaður uppsjávarsviðs og aðstoðarmaður forstjóra hjá Brim, einu stærsta sjávarútvegsfyrirtæki landsins. Áður starfaði Hjálmar í um tuttugu ár sem forstjóri eistnesku útgerðarinnar Reyktal, auk þess sem hann var talsmaður og nefndarmaður í eistneskum sjávarútvegssamtökum. </p><p>Í þættinum ræðir Hjálmar hvað aðild Íslands að ESB gæti þýtt fyrir íslenskan sjávarútveg.
