Du „tickst“ anders. Du weißt es, oder du vermutest es schon lange. Vielleicht hast du eine Diagnose, vielleicht nicht. Aber du kennst dieses Gefühl: zu viel zu sein, zu wenig zu sein, nie ganz zu passen. Was du vielleicht noch nicht weißt: Das hat einen direkten Zusammenhang damit, wie du liebst, wie du arbeitest, warum du gibst, bis du leer bist, warum du dich in Beziehungen verlierst, warum du denkst, du bist unabhängig und trotzdem immer wieder dieselben Muster lebst. In dieser Folge spreche ich mit Carina, psychologische Beraterin mit Fokus auf Neurodiversität, über genau diesen Zusammenhang. Den, über den kaum jemand spricht. Neurodivergenz und Co-Abhängigkeit 👉🏼 wie das eine das andere oft bedingt, warum das so oft übersehen wird & was sich verändert, wenn man das erstmal verstanden hat. Ich bringe auch meine eigene Geschichte mit.
