<p>Ásgeir er skotíþróttamaður sem sérhæfir sig í loftskammbyssu og frískammbyssu. Ásgeir á langan og farsælan feril að baki en hann byrjaði að keppa fyrir Íslands hönd á alþjóðlegum unglingamótum þegar hann var 16 ára og nú, 20 árum síðar er hann á leið á sína aðra Ólympíuleika. Hann á Íslandsmetin í öllum sínum greinum og hefur keppt og komist í úrslit á öllum stærstu mótum í Evrópu, s.s. á Evrópumeistaramótum, Evrópuleikum og einnig á heimsbikarmótum.</p> <p>Í viðtalinu talar Ásgeir um skotíþróttina og lífið í tengslum við íþróttina og utan hennar.</p>

Verum hraust #9 - Guðbjörg Jóna Bjarnadóttir
<p>Guðbjörg Jóna Bjarnadóttir er Íslandsmethafi í 100m, 200m og 60m hlaupi og hefur verið lykilmanneskja í landsliði Íslands um árabil þrátt fyrir ungan aldur. Guðbjörg Jóna er Ólympíumeistari ungmenna í 200m hlaupi, en þeim merka áfanga náði hún árið 2018 í Argentínu og er hún eini Íslendingurinn sem á gull frá Ólympíuleikum ungmenna. Guðbjörg Jóna varð einnig Evrópumeistari U18 í 100m hlaupi og náði 3. sæti á sama móti í 200m hlaupi. Hún hefur einnig unnið þónokkur verðlaun á Norðulandameistaramótum U20 og hefur verið lykilmanneskja í landsliði Íslands í mörg ár þrátt fyrir ungan aldur. Guðbjörg Jóna stundar nám í sálfræði við Háskólann í Reykjavík samhliða því að æfa og keppa af fullu kappi.<br /> Í viðtalinu sem er tekið af Kristínu Birnu Ólafsdóttur talar Guðbjörg um æfingar, keppnir, lífið og ýmsar áskoranir sem fylgja því að æfa og keppa á alþjóðavettvangi.</p>

<p>Valgarð er margfaldur Íslandsmeistari í fimleikum og lykilmaður í landsliði Íslands undanfarin ár. Hann hefur keppt með góðum árangri á alþjóðlegum mótum eins og Evrópu- og heimsmeistaramótum, Norðurlandamótum og Smáþjóðaleikum. Valgarð stefnir á að komast á Ólympíuleikana í Tókýó 2020 og er á fullu að undirbúa sig fyrir það ásamt því að stunda nám við Háskólann í Reykjavík.</p> <p>Í viðtalinu sem er tekið af Kristínu Birnu Ólafsdóttur talar Valarð um fimleikana, æfingar og keppnir hérlendis og erlendis sem og ýmsar áskoranir sem fylgja því að æfa og keppa á alþjóðavettvangi.</p>
