Sigursteinn Sigurðsson, menningarfulltrúi SSV, settist niður með Kára Viðarssyni, eiganda og rekstraraðila Frystiklefans í Rifi. Kári er landsþekktur leikari sem sleit barnsskónum í Rifi. Í þættinum ræða þeir hvernig það kom til að Kári valdi að byggja upp menningarhúsi Frystiklefann í Rifi og hvað hefur drifið á daga hans.
