I have realized many people now a days truly do not like who they have become. We are souls who are currently in human bodies that need to experience human interactions. With that being said, there can be so much baggage that comes with those human experiences. They are so caught up in social media & discomfort right in their own heads that the world is literally passing them by without them even realizing. Although it might not be much, I'm just here being real through my own past encounters to help others cope through their own skeletons & hopefully bring there highest self to the light.

9. Your Safe Place
<p>Hey Loves! </p> <p>I have added some tips in this description so you can sit down and figure out your safe/happy place for those moments that seem to be overbearing! </p> <p>1. What do you see?</p> <p>2. What do you feel?</p> <p>3. What do you smell?</p> <p>4. What do you hear? </p> <p>As you're writing these down as you are creating your safe/happy place, they don't need to be overthought or in so much detail, because then you are defeating the purpose of this little exercise. It's not the fact that if it's "good enough" for anyone else, or it "should be" this or that; allow whatever your body and mentality come up with thrive into a feeling of being safe. It could be sitting on the couch with your favorite blanket, or maybe you're in your car listening to your favorite song, whatever/wherever it is, this only has to be able to affect you and only you; so try to make it as personal as you need it to be. </p> <p>As much as we can physically find something to do whether it be going to the gym, taking a bath, or just laying on the floor with your fur baby, it is extremely important to be able to mentally have a safe place as well. </p> <p>Hope you have a beautiful rest of your week! </p>

We all suffer from a degree of anxiety whenever starting off at the gym, whether we are brand new to working out or we just started a new gym in a new area, whatever the case may be, I know that you are capable of overcoming challenging things, so this won't be any different than what some of you have already gone through. </p> <p>I hope these tips will help you overcome the rabbit hole in your head, and allow you to thrive through the anxiety of the gym! </p> <p>Much love! </p>
