What really happens in the jungle: Conscious Creator retreat recap with Rachel Albo

Hi guys! Welcome back <3 I know it’s been a while. Come join me and my bestie, Rachel Albo, as we spill all the behind-the-scenes tea from my recent Conscious Creator Retreat in Costa Rica! This is my by-invitation retreat that's for creators and entrepreneurs, and I was sooo happy that Rachel finally got to attend. She’s an incredible coach and retreat host who, much like me, loves retreats that mix healing and wellness with fun festival vibes. It’s hard to capture the energy and magic of my retreats, but in this episode we share a full day-by-day recap of everything we experienced, plus the many breakthroughs and insights that came through along the way. From ceremonies, plant medicine journeys, and workshops… to jungle parties, ecstatic dance, and late-night heart-to-hearts, you’re getting the real inside scoop. We also dive into the magic of retreats in general, why immersive experiences like this are so transformative, and how community, connection, and how Costa Rica's powerful energy create breakthroughs you’ll never forget. If you’ve ever wondered what really happens at my retreats - or what I mean by “healing and wellness with festival vibes” - this is the episode for you. SPILLING THE TEA in JOSHUA TREE with Sophia Barri

Hiiiii guys! In this episode, I’m joined by my best friend and amazing retreat assistant, Sophia Barri, for a day-by-day recap of our most recent EVOLVE retreat in Joshua Tree, California. Sophia and I first dreamed up this retreat back in October while at Red Rocks, vibing to LSDream and CloZee… and just four months later we were dancing in the desert on mushies, diving deep into healing, participating in powerful Native American ceremonies, and being our absolute silliest, trippiest, funniest selves—alongside 12 other incredible women. This was my 17th retreat, and honestly it was one of my all-time favorites. The group was a perfect blend of returning and new women and it felt like a reunion of lifelong soul sisters. As I said on mushie day: if you were at a music festival and lost all your friends... these are the women you'd want to adopt you for the night. Go listen to all the stories and magic from our time in Joshua Tree, and let us know what you think! <3 My Personal IG Sophia's IG My Retreat IG @retreatswithmadiandbianca My TikTok - YourTripQueen Apply to my Costa Rica retreats here

Behind the scenes at EVOLVE: A day by day retreat recap with Madi Maple

Hi guys! I'm back with another collab episode with Madi Maple. Get ready to hear allllll the tea from our recent EVOLVE retreat in Costa Rica. If you've followed me for a while you'll know that when I'm not talking about psychedelics on the internet, I'm hosting spiritual retreats for women called EVOLVE, and retreats for creators/entrepreneurs called the Conscious Creator retreat. Madi and I created our EVOLVE retreats for spiritual festival girlies. They're a mix of deep healing, ceremony, and wellness, with a fun, festival vibe. Yes, we created the exact retreat we'd want to attend. And yes, it is PERFECT, and magical, and amazing, and life changing, and SO FREAKING FUN. Our EVOLVE community is the best community in the world. Unfortunately there's only so much that can be captured with a photo or video. You will never truly understand the energy and magic of EVOLVE unless you are there experiencing it with us. That being said, in this episode we do our best to share a day by day account of what went on behind the scenes at our recent EVOLVE retreat. I hope you enjoy <3 And if this feels like your vibe and you vibe with me and Madi, don't forget to reach out about joining us at one of our 2025 retreats xx UPCOMING RETREATS (DM me if you're interested) EVOLVE goes to Joshua Tree - 1 spot left Conscious Creator retreat in Costa Rica (if you're a creator/artist/musician/entrepreneur I want you there!) Hi guys <3 You all know I love to party and have fun, but it's so important to me to inspire others to do so safely. In this episode, join me and my girl Jess, aka PARTY SAFER with JESS, as we dive into harm reduction and the music festival scene we both love. Exploring the Psychedelic Realm: Stories and Insights with TripWhip

Hi guys <3 Welcome back! I’m excited to share this episode with one of my favorite psychedelic content creators, Jack, aka TripWhip. Jack and I have been online friends for years, bonding over our shared love of psychedelics, and the fact that we both can't stop talking about them on the internet. In this episode we dive deep into everything from our personal experiences; lessons learned, healing & transformation, challenging and blissful trips, and practical advice for those exploring these realms. We covered it all in this 2-hour conversation: Ego death and wild DMT experiences Tripping with our moms Intentional healing trips vs. spontaneous "let's take a few tabs and see what happens" trips Tripping solo vs. with friends Bad trips or challenging experiences? Sex on psychedelics Why TripWhip actually isn't really tripping anymore And so much more Give it a listen and don’t forget to leave a 5-star review if you loved the episode! xoxo You can find TripWhip on YouTube, TikTok, and instagram: TripWhip on IG TripWhip on TikTok TripWhip on YouTube To connect with me + learn about my spiritual retreats: All things TRIP QUEEN aka Bianca CP Apply to my next EVOLVE retreat

behind the scenes at BURNING MAN 2024 ft. Madi Maple

The Burning Man 2024 tea you've all been waiting for. Ur welcome. In this Breaking Butterfly x Vibing Higher collab episode, Madi and I share all the behind the scenes stories from this year's burn, plus some stories (mainly dumb things we've done) from burns we've attended in the past. Prepare to hear about the miles we biked while tripping, the new friends we made, the boy I kissed who brought me to Maui, and all the other shenanigans we got up to. Also, as I've learned through my "controversial" Burning Man tiktoks (lmao) Burning Man is incredibly misunderstood online. You've probably heard a lot of crazy stories about Burning Man, some true and some absolutely not. In this episode we also answer some of your burning questions, including: is Burning Man just one big orgy?? How do you dance in those demonias? Can we join your theme camp? and more. At the end of the day, to truly understand Burning Man and what it is... you need to go experience it yourself. I always like to say that Burning Man, much like ayahuasca, is like being in a different dimension while you're in the real world. If you've been on the fence about going to Burning Man, please take this as a sign that you should 100000% make it your mission to go one day. Thanks for watching and maybe see u on the playa next year xoxoxo PS. Just a reminder that Madi and I are currently signing women up for our next EVOLVE retreat in Costa Rica. If you're listening to this and you're a spiritual festival girlie - our retreats were made for you <3 reach out on our retreat instagram so we can connect more about possibly having you join us! Psychedelic story times, Envision festival recap, and all things MUSIC (feat. Noah Lastella)

Noah is a content creator and a producer/DJ who I became good friends with through tiktok and our shared love of music, festivals, and psychedelics. In the first half of this episode (00:00 - 40:20) we drop all the Envision Music Festival tea: the highs, the lows, all the psychedelic experiences we had (Noah accidentally ate 10g of shrooms once night…), why you’ve just got to embrace a K hole, the best and worst sets (I have trauma from funky Friday and polish ambassador lol), and what we think about $25 jungle fried rice. In the second half of the episode (40:20 +) we discuss how Noah got into the EDM/festival scene and his musical journey that has taken him from festival attendee to producer/DJ. His music project is Noamadic and he’s working on his ep, Platonic. LSDream of all people helped Noah manifest Noamadic so you KNOW this project was written in the stars. We also discuss sound frequencies in popular music and how sound frequencies can either lower your vibration or raise your vibration (think SVDDEN DEATH vs an LSDREAM light code sound healing set), weird rituals and energy harvesting at festivals, and is Taylor Swift a good witch or a bad witch (cause she’s witchy FOR SURE). Oh yeah, we also share a couple of the biggest psychedelic trips/breakthroughs of our life ft. liquid gold at Odesza and telepathy at Burning Man. Follow Noah below for music, and to be the first to know about his mini conscious festival, Radical Times, that he'll be throwing in Joshua Tree: Noah's Mixtape Far Out Vol. 1: soundcloud.com noamadicmusic noahlastella www.tiktok.com/@noamadic PS.
