As young black South Africans, we explore the notion of whether it is possible to build a business that raises the collective consciousness of those who come in contact with it for the better as well as still being ambitious and driven to succeed.
Vibing With Vibe is not only a space where we seek to explore the practical challenges faced by those trying to build businesses in a developing economy but also the internal mental and emotional shifts that need to take place to do so in a way that is sustainable and authentic.
We want to challenge both the historical and current stereotypes of what it means to be successful and how to get there and ultimately replace these with ones that place humility, care, honesty and self-awareness at the core of how we approach our work and interact within the world.
