[…] It's quite a unique proposition. given that we filled our quota on June the 18th this year. So there's two countries that have stepped forward and asked if they could get access to the unused quota for access into China, and it's Brazil and Australia. Uruguay's quota was a bit higher than Australia's, 324,000 ton. Australia had about 200,000 ton. Why is Uruguay willing to let go some of its quota? The original proposal with Uruguay between Brazil and Uruguay was that there would be an exchange, and that exchange would involve additional access for Uruguay into the EU. In the case of Australia, I believe there'd be a real unwillingness to give up any access that we have into certain markets. […]
