Ep. 05 Relationship Unhappily Ever After ( eng-bahasa)
Since we were born, We’ve been socialized to believe that other people holds the key to our happiness ( partner, friends, spouse). We have been led to believe that other people or our partner is the one who will complete us as a person. This is a dangerous idea because in life, the only person we can rely on is ourselves. No one else can complete, heal or fix us. Fullfillment can only come from within ourselves.
In today’s episode I wanna take you to look deeper at your relationship - that includes your relationship with yourself :)

Life is So Easy, We Make It Way Too Hard (ep 03)
Hi Everyone! Di episode 03 Podcast kali ini saya akan berbagi cerita mengenai bagaimana kebanyakkan dari kita membuat unrealistic expectations tentang hidup. Memiliki keinginan, ambisi serta mimpi tidaklah salah. We all want a better life. Tapi terkadang kita jadi lupa bersyukur pada hidup kita. We take granted for life.
Sehingga tidak heran banyak orang yang kerjanya mengeluh tidak bahagia, stress, anxious dan overwhlemed, karena ekspektasi terhadap hidupnya terlalu tidak realistik. It’s because we are all being too hard on ourselves. We are making life harder than it has to be.
Life is getting easier when you simplify your life. So, how to be happy with less?
Because, we all have the ability to create the life we want. We just need to learn how to do it :)

We’re Thinking About Happiness all Wrong ( EP 01 - eng, bahasa)
In todays episode i will chat about the happiness. Happy. Being happy and creating happiness in our life. It’s a simple word, yet it’s hard to find and create happines in our life. Kenapa kita sulit sekali untuk berbahagia? Kurang bersyukurkah? kurang berkecukupankah? Atau sebenarnya kurang paham tentang arti bahagia itu sendiri? Mungkin tidak tahu caranya berbahagia or maybe human aren’t designed to be happy?
