This podcast is here to share not only my stories of self growth , like overcoming an anxiety disorder, and facing my some of my biggest fears, but to share stories of incredible individuals who’s own tales changed my life and in turn will change yours.
Me and Mayerly are five years apart, so we had completely different experiences when dating in high school. Listen now to hear our experiences and how generational trauma comes into play too.

In this episode I will be going over some questions that were asked to me regarding toxicity in relationships , love languages , boundaries , jealousy, and more. This is my personal opinion from experience and research and what I have found works .
