   Imposter Syndrome? Here’s What to Do When It Hits

   Ever have that little voice in your head saying, “Who do you think you are to be talking about this?” Maybe it tells you other people know more than you do. That you’re not experienced enough. That you’re not good enough to be on camera, share your expertise, or put yourself out there. That’s imposter syndrome. And it has a sneaky way of showing up when you’re doing something new, stretching yourself, or becoming more visible in your business. The problem is, when you listen to that voice, you can end up holding back from the very things that help your dream clients discover you, see your expertise, and trust you enough to work with you. In this episode, I’m sharing five things I do when imposter syndrome hits — including what helps me get out of my own head and keep moving forward even when that voice gets loud.    The Video You’re Embarrassed to Post Might Be the One That Matters

   If you’ve ever recorded a video, watched it back, and thought, I can’t post that, this episode is for you. Maybe you felt awkward on camera. Maybe your voice sounded shaky. Maybe the lighting wasn’t great, you stumbled over your words, or the whole thing felt nowhere near as polished as the people you’re comparing yourself to. That can make it very easy to hold back from posting. And waiting until you feel more confident, more natural, or more polished can turn into weeks of not posting at all.    If You’re Afraid to Be Seen, Watch This

   If you’re afraid to be seen online, you’re not alone. Fear of judgment, worrying about how you look or sound, and feeling uncomfortable on camera can make it incredibly easy to hide behind your business. In this episode, I’m sharing my own experience with fear of being seen—from hating photos of myself to posting my first painfully awkward Reel—and what helped me become more comfortable showing up. Because visibility isn’t about getting everyone to look at you. It’s about helping the right people find you, understand what you do, trust you, and eventually work with you.
