“There is no life without death. Death of loved ones & death to who you used to be. Life is a continuous cycle. When there’s a death, there is a rebirth of something new. When you are allowing old parts of yourself & your existence to rest in peace, your have the opportunity to allow new parts of yourself, your consciousness & your overall being to awaken to a new chapter in your life. Death of old ways, social groups, places & certain things isn’t something to remain in a mournful emotional about. It’s to be remembered, honored, celebrated & used an inspiration to continue to evolve into a new you.⚰️🪦✨”

“Life is a learning experience for everyone & throughout life we will all have moments where we will need help. Most circumstances we may feel like we need help from others but in reality, not all of those circumstances will require help from others. We may “want” the help but don’t necessarily “need” the help because these are the life experiences where we must learn how to help save ourselves✨”
