Recently in my life I've been drawn to find ways to spread LIGHT and LOVE. I created The Vitamin D podcast to bring people together from all over. A space where no conversation is off limits and a place where nobody feels left out. REAL, OPEN, VULNERABLE, HUMBLING, SHOCKING, TRANSFORMATIVE, JUICY, CAN'T STOP LISTENING conversations that allow us to learn, grow, connect, and maybe even heal. Listen now, or download an episode for later, and if you enjoy this show leave a review, share with a friend, and subscribe so you never miss an episode. ✨
In this first episode of 2021 I sit down with Gym shark athlete, influencer, entrepreneur, and personal trainer Natalie Bally. She talks about her experience with Gym shark thus far, her journey of becoming an Instagram influencer, her journey with mental health, and we even dive in to solo traveling and other life things. Such a good conversation, and a beautiful time connecting with someone new. Instagram: @nattbfit Twitter: @nattbfit App link: https://www.sweatforthesoul.app/

WHAT THE FUNK⁉️
Aren’t funks fun?! SAID NO ONE EVER! As much as I hate being in weird ass funks, they’re actually SO normal. Every day won’t be a good day, every week may not be a good week, shit every month may not be a good month, and it’s not normal to act like everything is supposed to be sunshine and rainbows all the time. News flash, life gets shitty sometimes BUT as we go through the hard times they prepare us and help us maneuver through the tough times in a better way the next time. We learn so much about ourselves through our tough times. When we go through phases where we don’t feel like ourselves, we usually don’t come out as ourselves....we come out BETTER, WISER, and STRONGER. New battles come with new successes, tune in NOW to hear me get funkyyy😉

THE SPACE BETWEEN THE CHAPTERS📖
I know so many people that have played sports in high school, college, and even more competitive levels. We find/found so much joy in playing these sports. The team atmosphere, the success mentality, teammates that feel like family. We spend years of our lives immersing ourselves into the sport(s) we love, to become better, and to win. Many of our best memories come from being on the field, the court, or wherever we compete. While we’re playing, it almost seems like those times will never ends. It seems as though we’ll play forever. We get that same feeling throughout different times in our lives. We find so much joy in one chapter of our life. We identify, and feel so attached to this one chapter of our life because it gave us so much good, and when it’s gone and over we almost start to feel lost without it. We feel like a piece of us is missing, that we can’t get back. This was me. It can be hard to move forward, and accept the new chapter of your life that you’re in but when you do things get so much better. This episode is about THE SPACE BETWEEN THE CHAPTERS.

INTRODUCTION✨
Thanks for tuning into the very FIRST episode of the Vitamin D podcast. Im just a girl in my 20’s trying to figure this life stuff out. I wanted to create a space where people from everywhere can come and feel welcomed and included. We’re all just trying to make our way through life and all the awkward/crazy things that come along with it. This is a space for us to shed light on those things. This is a quick solo episode of me discussing why I wanted to start this podcast, and just a little of what you can expect from this show✨
