What do you do when you've done everything right and the floor still drops out?
Josh Sterling grew up in Lake Tahoe. He'd been flying since he was 17 and didn't know how to do anything else.
In this episode, he shared that he wrote himself a check on a 0% credit card and bought a rental house. That one house grew into Epic Property Management. It also grew into 16-hour days, seven days a week, and the moment Josh realized he had built something worse than a job.
His goal was to get out of his own business. Today he hasn't been in his office in over a month.

What happens when the people who love you most warn you, and you don't listen?
Dan Glisky and I have sat in the same forum for nearly 30 years. He went from Digital Equipment Corporation to a basement tech company with his brother that grew to $38 million. Today he runs Woodberry Wine and Kindred Vines Import Co. right here in Michigan.
Dan went into what he calls savior mode, and it cost him about $1.5 million. Then came his divorce in 2018. He had to rebuild his finances, his companies, and his relationship with his kids, right down to remembering every birthday.
So he made a decision. He was going to listen..
