Ahead or Arrived - I'm not buying.

In this episode I unpack why I'm no longer interested in learning from people who have solved the problem I am looking to solve. I firmly believe the marketing of "I've been there, done that" is old paradigm and tired – it doesn't work because when we "arrive" we no longer have no momentum invested in that problem. So the very idea of bringing others along for the ride is backwards; counter-momentum if you will. Our best approach is to find and attract people who are in the mud with us. Desperately seeking and actively working to solve the same problem. I see a collapse of hierarchical mentorship and a rise in peer-to-peer (or copactivation) mentorship. A new approach to transformation grounded in shared curiosity rather than saviorism.

🐝 The Nuggets:

“What if your magic is that you're in the mud with people—not ahead of them, not behind them, but right there too?”

“The best people to support you are the ones who are currently experiencing the same problem in a different context.”

“When someone’s already solved the problem, they’ve closed the loop. There’s no hunger left—and hunger is what makes us move.”

“New paradigm transformation has no hierarchy. No one’s ahead, no one’s behind—we’re just in different orbs, solving different pieces.”

“The more you accept your current sphere, the faster you meet the people who belong there too—and then everything starts to change.”

📚 Resources: Copactivate post on my blog The Cronicle

⚜️ Keywords & Themes: Peer-based learning, energetic resonance, coaching culture, transformation, collapse of hierarchy, online course fatigue, shared lived experience, authentic growth, prescriptive paths, divine timing, new paradigm, creative process over outcomes

Holding Two Realities

I am very much sitting before two paths and I can hold both of them with ease and tension. One is the path we all know and are raised to believe is the pathway to success. In this audio I explore how the greatest magnetizer is assimilation and belonging. It's primal. The relief that comes with "Oh, I did the thing I'm supposed to. The thing we all do."

And then there's another pathway that whispers possibility. One where timing is illusive. Fate is unclear. The quest is constantly in question. But what if it may actually be the pathway to my unique success?

🐝 Favourite One-Liners:

"I think I'm constantly amazed at how many people lean in when you lean out."

"I feel like I'm holding two alternate realities—one rooted in safety and belonging, and the other in soul-led expansion."

"Time is our greatest collaborator. If divinity herself showed up, she'd arrive as the sands in the hourglass."

"The fork in the road is where we hold tension—and it's also where something new can emerge."

"What if the next step is not just saying no, but being open to receiving what leans in when you do?"

⚜️ Keywords & Themes: Soul-led path, the art of negotiation, dual realities, contracted co-founder, order from chaos, embodied strategy, void season, initiation, belonging vs. sovereignty, divinity as time, transformation, spiritual upleveling, immersive, place-based work, ceremonial business, surrender and recalibration

Tis the Season for "Actually, this doesn't work for me."

I am deep in a season of "actually . . . no thank you" – and this is new for me! By exploring my transition from reflexive yeses (people-pleasing and overcommitment) to boundaried no's, I am discovering the magic in-between. This podcast is all about tuning into your internal compass, trusting the nuance and changing your mind without shame.

🦋 Main Takeaways:

Your “yes” and “no” hold energy. If something doesn't serve you, it doesn’t serve the other person either.

Reflexive responses are coping mechanisms. Healing isn’t about switching from automatic yeses to automatic no’s. It's about cultivating discernment and honoring the space in between.

It's okay to change your mind. Whether it’s work, relationships, or creative opportunities, you always have the option to revoke your consent.

Somatic wisdom is key. Body signals (like procrastination, dread, or anxiety) are often the first indicators that something’s misaligned.

Freedom is in flexibility. The ability to revisit or reverse a decision with curiosity (rather than shame) opens doors to more aligned opportunities.

Boundaries don’t block magic, they invite it. Saying “no” (or “not right now”) can make room for surprisingly expansive and abundant opportunities.

🔗 Links:

Somatic course You Make Sense by Sarah Baldwin

Human design expert Julie Fedele

---------

⚜️ Keywords & Themes: reflexive yes, reflexive no, boundaried no, somatic intelligence, nervous system healing, Human Design, 5/1, people-pleasing, discernment, energetic alignment, permission to pause, softening your decisions with curiosity, divine feminine, decision-making, season of discernment
