The Georgia Hour, episode 220: Georgia GOP in Total Chaos: Rigged Conventions, Ponzi Scandals, and Special Election Meltdowns Exposed!

This podcast episode from "The Georgia Hour" on Voice of Rural America, hosted by BKP, delivers a passionate, highly critical rant against the Georgia Republican Party (GOP) leadership as the state heads into the 2026 elections. The host expresses deep frustration with what he describes as a dysfunctional, excuse-making party under Chairman Josh McKoon, stemming from a controversial 2025 state GOP convention that grassroots conservatives labeled "rigged" to favor establishment figures and suppress challengers like David Cross. BKP highlights recent Republican losses in special elections, including a Democrat flipping a strongly Republican-leaning state House seat in the Athens/Oconee County area (HD 121) in a jungle primary format, which he blames on the party's failure to close primaries, eliminate runoffs, or reform election systems. He warns of upcoming vulnerabilities from resignations-to-run, such as State Sen. John F. Kennedy stepping down to campaign for lieutenant governor (triggering another special election in a Macon district), potential moves by others like Colton Moore for Congress, and rumors around other figures like Greg Dolezal, David Clark, Blake Tillery or Steve Gooch. These could lead to more jungle primaries favoring Democrats. A major focus is the ongoing scandal involving the Frost family and their company, First Liberty Building & Loan, accused by the SEC of operating a $140 million Ponzi scheme that defrauded hundreds of investors. The host details escalating investigations involving depositions of "insiders", including Brant Frost IV and his son Brant Frost V. He criticizes lingering Frost family ties to the Georgia GOP and demands their complete removal to avoid negative media coverage from outlets like the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). BKP accuses the party of cover-ups and notes political donations tied to the scheme flowing to Republican causes. The host contrasts this with Democrats' aggressive targeting of the Georgia state Senate for 2026 flips and mocks GOP excuses amid fundraising restrictions during legislative sessions. He speculates on potential resignations to level the playing field. BKP also slams the party for inviting Steve Bannon to speak, only for Bannon to later publicly blast the Georgia GOP as "feckless, hapless, no energy" following a special election loss. The host touches on broader issues like Georgia Power's massive $16 billion expansion for data centers, rising electricity costs, and community concerns over development. Overall, the episode positions the host as a no-nonsense grassroots leader who could have handled these crises better, urging the party to clean house, focus intensely, and sever toxic ties to secure wins in 2026. It ends abruptly before a promised "special message," blending insider gossip, calls to action, and conservative outrage.

He ends by begging every patriot to mark December 11, 2025 on their calendar and tune in tomorrow because “something big is being held back until after the holidays.” If you only watch one BKP episode this year — make it this one. The doomsday prophet in the Georgia hat just went full Paul Revere. “Stop falling for the bullshit” – BKP 12/11/25
