Voice of Seiðr is a grounded, culturally informed podcast exploring the real Norse worldview; the land, the people, the values, and the living wisdom that shaped their world. Hosted by Nanna Seiðborin, an Ethnotherapist with a degree in psychology, this show bridges ancient northern teachings with modern life in a clear, practical way.
Here, we slow down. We learn what the Norse actually believed, how they lived, and why their worldview still speaks to the human experience today. No fantasy. No theatrics. Just culture, clarity, and lived insight.
If you're searching for a path rooted in meaning rather than myth-making, this is where your journey begins.
Altars With Purpose | From Belief Into Practice, Episode Four
In this episode, we talk about the altar as a living place of relationship, not just a shelf for everything that has ever felt spiritual.
We look at what happens when an altar becomes too full, why meaningful objects can sometimes turn into noise, how offerings need tending after they are given, and why a real altar has to fit the life and household you actually have.
This week’s practice: look honestly at one altar or sacred surface in your home, clear what has gone stale, keep what still feels alive, and use the space once with purpose.

Next week, we’ll talk about Offerings as Relationship, and how giving becomes part of an ongoing practice instead of something we do just to look spiritual.

The Home as Sacred Ground | From Belief Into Practice, Episode Three
Episode Three of From Belief Into Practice brings the practice home.
In this episode, we talk about the home as sacred ground, not as a perfect ritual space, but as the place where modern Heathen practice begins to take root. We look at the hearth, threshold, ancestors, altar, and the ordinary rooms where life is already happening.
This week’s practice: walk through your home, choose one place that needs spiritual attention, and tend it with purpose.

Building a Heathen Rhythm | From Belief Into Practice, Episode Two
Episode Two of From Belief Into Practice
In this episode, we continue moving from studying Heathenry into actually living it. We talk about building a simple Heathen rhythm through daily anchors, weekly tending, monthly reflection, and seasonal awareness, without turning practice into another impossible thing to keep up with.
This week’s practice: choose one daily anchor and one weekly tending practice, then notice what your life can actually hold.

What Makes a Practice a Practice? | From Belief Into Practice, Episode One
Episode One of From Belief Into Practice
In this first episode, we begin moving from studying Heathenry into actually living it. We talk about what makes a spiritual practice real, why repetition matters, how practice has to fit the life you already have, and how small acts of attention begin building relationship and discernment.
This week’s practice is simple: choose one small Heathen act and repeat it for seven days. Offer water, greet your ancestors, acknowledge the land, light a candle, or speak a short prayer. Pay attention to what changes when you return to it.
Next week, we will begin building a Heathen rhythm that can survive real life.
