<p>仕事と育児の両立の問題。数年前から「現場保育」等の言葉が出始め、子育て中のスタッフ、俳優部がいかにして、映画・映像制作現場で働き続けられるのか、もしくは職場復帰しやすくなるのか？という話題も少しずつ話しやすくなってきたのか。。。実際どうなのか色々な部署の人と集まってまずは情報交換してみようと、有志の勉強会が始まったのが2023年7月。主なメンバーは、岨手由貴子監督、西川美和監督、子育て中のプロデューサー、元制作部、美術部、撮影部、制作部、撮影部、インティマシーコーディネーター、俳優部、プロデューサー、演出部、撮影部、前回ゲストの芸能業界専門ベビーシッター会社in-Cty、ポスプロ／サウンドエンジニア、衣裳部などなど様々な部署と6回実施してきました。まずは、こうゆう話し合いをしてますよ！という発信をする回のpodcastです。今回のゲストは、元制作部の梅澤ゆきみさんとプロデューサーの伴瀬萌さんです。皆さんの感想、ご意見をお待ちしてます！</p>
