We’ll be exploring what inspired them to pursue careers in physics, what discouraged them, and who they turned to for support. </p><br><p>The people I spoke to are from a diverse range of backgrounds and at different stages of their careers, from undergraduates to tenured professors.</p><br><p>Conversations like these happen all the time but are rarely heard by the people with the power to change things.
