We all have an internal voice that guides us, pushes us, criticizes us, builds us up, loves us, hates us, and sometimes even tells us we're not good enough. At its worst, that voice might make us question our worth and whether we can make it another day. But in the end, it is our voice, and it's what has carried us through each day up until this moment. I want us to know that this voice is normal. We all have it. We all struggle with it. And yet, we rarely talk about it. I want to create a space where we can openly acknowledge and address that internal dialogue and know we are not alone.

If no one else has said it today, let me say it to you now: I love you. And no matter how alone you may feel, remember that you are never truly alone in this journey called life.
We must work together to normalize these difficult conversations and be there for each other when it matters most. Let’s break the silence and make space for compassion, understanding, and support.

Podcast Introduction "Voices in the Silence"
"Voices in the Silence"
This has been on my heart for a while now, and my hope is that, as it unfolds, it grows into something meaningful—something that reaches even one person. If it helps just one, and that person passes it on to another, then we’ve already begun something bigger than ourselves.
We all have an inner voice—one that guides us, pushes us, criticizes us, lifts us up, loves us, and, at times, convinces us we’re not enough. At its worst, that voice can make us question our worth or whether we can face another day. But no matter how loud or harsh it gets, it’s still our voice—the one that has carried us through every moment up to now.
I want us to recognize that this voice is normal. We all have it. We all struggle with it. And yet, we rarely speak about it. That’s why I’m starting *Voices in the Silence*—a space where we can acknowledge that inner dialogue, break the silence, and remind one another that we are not alone.
