Racing to Healthcare with Francesco
Francesco Bracotti 🇮🇹 Class of Insead 23J
Francesco started off his career on the race tracks going up to F3 (which helped him humiliate us mere Inseaders at Go Karting) 🏁 🏎️
He experienced a tough change in his life at 18 which led him to end the F1 dreams to pursue a career in healthcare, which he realised he was much more passionate about. He provides us with insights into the inner workings of Big Pharma, and makes the case for us to trust these companies to drive innovation within the industry.
Francesco had a lot of crazy experiences in his career: discovering molecules to administer drugs to our lungs (we geek out on mucus quite extensively together 😅), taking on the COVID portfolio during the crisis and being selected as Forbes under 30 (according to him he is just a consistently “lucky” guy).
Stay tuned until the end to elucidate his 2 truths and a 1 lie 😉

Meme Therapy with Victor, Harsh and Tim
Victor Butenko 🇷🇺, Harsh Gajra 🇮🇳 and Tim Rownes 🇦🇺 Insead Class of 23J
Victor, Harsh and Tim are some of the most active participants of Memesead, our very own class group dedicated to sharing Memes and open to both Inseaders and their partners. The telegram group was created by Victor to prevent flooding their section group chat with Memes.
We discuss how the three got into Memes in the first place, what the meme creation process looks like 🤔, why companies should care about hiring memers 🤣, how to create funny memes (there is no magic 🪄 shortcut - sorry), their favourite professors to roast and why 🧑🏫, the meme that stopped the class for more than 10 minutes ⌛, … etc
Note: We experimented here and used the two microphones 🎙️ we have for 5 people (Saumya and I interviewing the 3 boys) - this affected the voice clarity so apologies in advance for some parts being less clear. On a positive note, it mostly affected the interviewers which is much less important than our interviewees 😙
