[…] So today, I'd like to share three pieces of wisdom that I believe are especially important as we navigate these turbulent and transformative times. First, be willing to be uncomfortable. Let's begin with the simple truth. Growth can be uncomfortable. Most of us were raised within a particular worldview. We inherited beliefs about religion, gender, morality, authority, and how society is supposed to function. Some of those beliefs have served us well. Others, well, not so much. But because they're familiar, we often cling to them, even when they no longer make sense or serve the common good.
