Hoe ver is de sector met het verminderen van DME uitstoot?
<p>Dieselmotoremissie, de rook die uit een dieselmotor komt, is schadelijk voor de gezondheid als je het inademt. Punt. Maar ondanks dat we dit eigenlijk al heel lang weten, wordt er in de Bouw & infra nog veel gewerkt met door diesel aangedreven materieel. ‘Maar weet je wat het kost om alle materieel te vervangen voor elektrische varianten’ ‘of we gebruiken apparatuur toch in de buitenlucht ’ zijn de meest genoemde argumenten om ze te blijven gebruiken.</p><p>Maar hoe schadelijk is Dieselmotoremissie oftewel DME nou echt? En wat is er allemaal mogelijk om je medewerkers te beschermen? Hoe ver is de sector met het verminderen van DME uitstoot? We praten er vandaag over met Jo Hoogendoorn, hoofd civiel materieel bij Ballast Nedam Materieel BV en Johan Timmerman, specialist arbeidshygiëne bij Volandis.</p>

Want zeg nu zelf, al die voorzieningen klinken toch als een cadeautje voor werkgevers! </p><p> </p><p>Albert en Mariette hebben beiden persoonlijk ondervonden hoe belangrijk het is om tijdig stil te staan bij je eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid. Ze kwamen niet alleen tot de conclusie dat er dingen moesten veranderen om hun pensioen te halen, maar hebben ook concreet dingen aangepast. Preventiezorg voor Bouw & Infra: wat is er allemaal geregeld en gefinancierd?
<p>In de Bouw & Infra is het goed geregeld: preventiezorg (zoals het PAGO en de DIA) is in de cao’s opgenomen. Dit pakket wordt door de bedrijfstak gefinancierd en werkgevers hebben er weinig omkijken naar. Door een vinger aan de pols te houden, blijven werknemers niet onnodig met klachten rondlopen en kan actief aan een oplossing worden gewerkt. Dat klinkt goed, toch? We gaan de diepte in en ontleden we het cao-pakket individu gerichte preventiezorg. Wat is er dan allemaal al gefinancierd? Waar kun je als werkgever allemaal gebruik van maken?
