<p>CW: mentions of violence, sex</p> <p>On this weeks episode, Ana and Eric explore the origins of the Marxist-feminist perspective, and how it evolved over time to exist as the movement we desperately need today, for all members of the gender spectrum.<br> This rejection to all things "feminine" - emotional intelligence, sensitivity, and empathy - has created a culture of hyper masculinity that is both dangerous and damaging to the oppressed, and the oppressor.<br> Male-assigned folks have had their time to be in charge, and it has not served them well in the areas where it matters - love, happiness, and vulnerability. It is past time to uplift the voices of those who have been held under society's boot for far too long. </p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>

<p>Content Warning: mentions of violence</p> <p>The struggle of the working class in the American capitalist system was already present, but has been immensely highlighted by the COVID-19 epidemic. With millions out of work, 30+ million workers are wondering where their next meals will come from. On the other hand, millions of underpaid, underappreciated, often impoverished workers are being forced into dangerous working conditions, having to decide between their health and their bank account. <strong>Rounds of applause and empty platitudes don't put food on the table. </strong></p> <p>How did we slowly descend into apathy? And how is this apathy further pushed for and encouraged by the elitist class? Is productivity worth dying for?<br> Ana and Eric try to make sense of the ever-evolving world of work. </p>
