<p>Heute habe ich mein Intervalltraining nach der Spätschicht durchgezogen – trotz Wechselschicht, miesem Schlaf und kompletter Verwirrung im Kopf. Warum ich mich gefühlt habe wie ein Zombie mit Laufschuhen und wie das Training trotzdem lief, erfahrt ihr hier.
