So oft hadere ich mit mir und kann manchmal nicht akzeptieren, dass ich nicht mehr die gleiche bin wie vor meinem Zusammenbruch. Und ich frage mich, was bleibt eigentlich übrig? Wer bin ich eigentlich (noch), wenn ich nicht mehr wie zuvor sein kann? Meine ersten Gedanken, Erkenntnisse und mehr teile ich mit Dir in dieser Folge.

Ein weiteres meiner Therapieziele lautete "meinen Körper akzeptieren" und auch da ist noch nichts beendet. Die Ablehnung meines Körpers begeleitet mich auch schon so lange und ist auch eng mit Burnout, Depression und vor allem der Binge Eating Störung verbunden. Wo stehe ich da gerade? Kann ich jemals meinen Körper akzeptieren? Wie mache ich weiter? Das und mehr teile ich mit Dir in dieser Folge.

"Gefühle zulassen" hieß und heißt eines meiner Therapieziele und ich merke, wie sehr ich da noch am Anfang stehe. Es beschäftigen mich Fragen, wie "welches Gefühl ist das, was ich da fühle" oder "muss das so stark sein?". Wie bin ich früher eigentlich mit Gefühlen umgegangen? Das und mehr teile ich mit Dir in dieser Folge.
