Handvat 4 - Leerproces activeren
<p><strong>Activeer het leerproces</strong></p><p>Samen met <strong>Kristof De Loose</strong> (VTS-consulent en lesgever) duiken we in het handvat ‘Activeer het leerproces’. Cursisten leren immers pas echt wanneer ze zelf aan de slag gaan, feedback krijgen en uitgenodigd worden om na te denken over hun eigen leerproces. </p><p>In deze aflevering hoor je: </p><p>(01:35) - Wat betekent ‘het leerproces activeren’ precies voor een docent? </p><p>(02:45) - Het belang van voldoende oefenkansen (en waar het vaak misgaat) </p><p>(05:51) - Hoe geef je feedback die cursisten écht vooruit helpt</p><p>(09:26) - Zelfinzicht en reflectie stimuleren bij de cursist </p><p>(12:03) - Tip van de gast </p><p>Activerend lesgeven zorgt voor energie en een positieve sfeer in de groep.
