Yunchen Sun is a researcher in business studies at Uppsala University. Among his amazing archive of work he's the author of the thesis "Designing Routines for Industrial Digitalization" (2022). "Industrial digitalization and its promises propel manufacturing firms to pursue digital reality. When changing ways of working, organizational actors often introduce digital artifacts to create a preferred situation where digital technology creates and shapes physical reality. " Little did we know about this when we started talking with Yunchen about art, digitization of performing arts and our practices. 5 minutes later we hit the record button.
