A Little Understanding Goes A Long Way
<p>Hi everyone and welcome back to the podcast! I know it's been a while since I've posted an episode but I'm ready to get back into the swing of things! In this episode I cover a few more tips and tricks that have helped me work with my ADHD. Let's Help Each Other Out: Some Positive ADHD Tips

Like I will mention in the episode, we are all at different places in our lives. You don't have to use all of these tips, you don't have to use any of them if they don't suit you.
