The squad rides for a final time on Brie’s last pic of the pod, ‘97 classic Beautician and the Beast! Strap on your bouffants and shimmy into your high waisted colorful pants. Brie declares that this film proves that no one can hate Fran but she also hates the kitten heels. Sista loves that Fran calls out bullshit while inviting change and she believes that Joy dreams in cartoons. Megan isn’t mad about loving this film even though she can put off some serious Grinch vibes. It's the FINAL STAR WARS EP, Y'ALL!! Join the team for Part 2 of their discussion of Rise of Skywalker with local Star Wars expert guest, Sarah Valentino. Brie has an amazing deep cut reference recalling that General Pride was in Spice World, and she still deeply loathes Luke (surprise, surprise). Sarah explains the thought process of Force Ghosts and hates that they gave Poe a background as a Spice Runner (he already had a backstory from the comics!). Sista feels should have stayed dead and comes through with the Buffy references. Megan doesn't like how Leia was written after Carrie Fisher passed away and is processing all of this through the writing of her fanfiction.
