Skirennsport Mellau: Wie machen die das?
Mellau ist fest mit dem alpinen Skirennsport verbunden. Derzeit stammen vier von 54 Weltcupfahrern des Österreichischen Skiverbands aus der Bregenzerwälder Gemeinde. Bei rund 1.300 Einwohner*innen könnte man also sagen: Jeder dreihundertste Mellauer ist professioneller Skirennläufer. Wir haben die beiden Rennläufer Lukas und Patrick Feurstein sowie den ehemaligen Olympiateilnehmer Christian Greber gefragt, was man in der Vorarlberger Gemeinde Mellau anders macht.

Angelika Kauffmann – Wald, Werk & Welt
Künstlerin von Welt, Wahl-Bregenzerwälderin: Angelika Kauffmann zählt zu den bedeutendsten Maler*innen ihrer Zeit. Gefeiert in ganz Europa, war sie zeitlebens eng verbunden mit der Heimat ihres Vaters, Schwarzenberg in Vorarlberg, und bezeichnete sich selbst in ihrem Testament sogar als Schwarzenbergerin. Wo, wenn nicht dort, ist der richtige Ort für ein Angelika Kauffmann Museum? Ein Gespräch über ihr Leben und Werk – und ihre enge Beziehung zum Bregenzerwald.
