From Suicidal to Surrendered: A Young Cowboy’s Testimony
<p>Dalton Cook shares his powerful Christian testimony of walking away from God, battling depression and suicidal thoughts, and the night his hand found his Bible instead of his gun.</p><p>Baylee’s younger brother opens up about growing up as a pastor’s kid, becoming numb to the power of the Holy Spirit, living a double life, and eventually surrendering his life to Jesus Christ.</p><p>After years of rebellion, partying, pride, and lukewarm Christianity, Dalton found himself isolated and at the lowest point of his life. Sitting alone in his truck with a pistol beside him, he believed he was ready to end his life. But when he reached over with his eyes closed, his hand landed on his Bible instead.</p><p>That moment became a turning point. It reminded Dalton that God was still present, still working, and not finished with his life.</p><p>Dalton also shares why Christian men need biblical community, men’s Bible studies, discipleship, accountability, and honest friendships. <p>Is motherhood really the hardest job in the world—or has that message unintentionally made motherhood feel even harder?</p><p></p><p>In this episode of Walking Defined, we challenge one of the most repeated messages in modern motherhood culture. Motherhood includes difficult seasons, exhausting moments, and enormous responsibility.
